 Hello bloggers, Today in maths we have made a pattern using tessellation.

Tesselation is when a shape repeats itself over and over again until it makes a pattern and there are also three basics shapes which are triangle, square, and hexagon.  Have you ever made a pattern and what shapes have you used in it?  Hey bloggers.  In literacy, we have made a comic based on a book there were two books including a movie. Hatchet, Castaway, Escape from wild cat canyon, I chose Hatchet which has got Man vs nature man vs self, and man vs man. This week we have done some sign language and learned how to spell our name.

 

Sign language is one of the three recognized languages in NZ. The country wants to be able to communicate with everybody in NZ. So the country would not only want to be able to talk to Maori people but deaf people as well. In the video, I have shown you how to spell my name. Do you know your name in sign language? Today my group has finished our rocket video for inquiry. Here is the video to watch for yourself. 

This was part of the Wonder rocekt experiement. The people that are in my group were. Jordan, Cameron, Damian,  Luke, and Taine,  We had to make a rocket that would be able to fly through the sky and land really far.  We tied with our friends' group at 18 meters.  Our rocket fell apart mid-air but we still did not come last. The item that grows

 Hello bloggers. Today what we have done in literacy is we have been growing crystals. 

The task was in a group the people that were in my group were Brock, Billy, Jordan, and Cameron, We had three crystals that we would grow. The 1st one was the Borax, The second one was the Salt, The third one was the Sugar. The Borax was the fastest one to grow then Salt was coming up and Sugar was taking the longest. Have you ever grown a crystal and what one was it? Aside from that please leave a comment it can help me improve and give positive and nice feedback bye.
